Marketing Graphic Designer

Knowledge & skills looking for:

  • Ability to present creative work for Kron’s marketing campaigns and materials
  • Ability to work within the marketing team
  • Exceptional creative problem-solving skills and conceptual aptitude for visual communications
  • Have a thorough understanding of visual communication, typography, and printing techniques
  • Strong knowledge of visual arts fundamentals like color theory and color relationships
  • Strong knowledge of visual arts fundamentals like perspective and space relationships
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design fundamentals like page composition and grid structures
  • Perception of recent design trends
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to details
  • Experience in designing printed and event marketing materials (i.e. brochures, datasheets, business cards, roll-ups, backdrops, etc.)
  • Experience in designing corporate visual materials (i.e. annual reports, investor presentations, corporate/product presentations, etc.)
  • Experience in designing digital communication materials (i.e. e-mail, banner, social media, etc.)
  • Experience in designing marketing materials for a B2B tech company is a plus

Day to day occupation:

Excellent team player capabilities needed like:

  • Working from a brief with the marketing team, generating creative ideas to present to the internal clients (i.e. Sales, product, finance, or HR teams)
  • Maintaining daily marketing design tasks
  • Ability to align with the marketing team to bring out customized design needs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new ideas
  • Effectively handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Tight with the deadlines and strict time management
  • Being open to different point of views

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience (With a strong portfolio)
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role in Software, IT, SaaS company (Design and ad agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of the Adobe CC (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • After Effects and Premiere Pro knowledge is a plus
  • Expertise or interest in working with a highly technical environment
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing is a plus
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing environment is a plus
  • Open-minded, attentive, and meticulous
  • Precise time management habits

Digital Marketing Specialist

Knowledge & skills looking for:

  • Ability to develop and implement digital marketing plans for a B2B company
  • Ability to make competitive analysis and specify the target audience on digital platforms
  • Strategize, design, and execute A/B testing campaigns
  • Experience in establishing goals and objectives in order to reach the target audience through paid social, SEM, and SEO
  • In-depth knowledge about SEO
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads such as DV 360, SA 360, Programmatic buying
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and ad serving tools, including Google Analytics, FB business manager, Linkedin campaign manager
  • Knowledge of measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (KPIs)
  • Experienced in social media marketing and communications
  • Hands-on experience with social paid
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills
  • Perception of creating digital marketing content for websites and other marketing mediums such as social media, e-mail, blogs
  • Experienced in managing social communities across Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and/or Youtube
  • Ability to plan and execute content calendars
  • Ability to write technical detailed content in the B2B tech space (cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation)
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Sharp attention to details
  • Competent knowledge for blogging techniques and strategy; interest in the social-first approach to content
