The Role

As the Art Director at #RealTeam, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop, design and develop excellent content and social interactions for local and global clients’ digital channels with your solution-focused approach and spark of creativity. Your role should require you to be comfortable taking initiative to innovate and lead projects, while working well as part of a dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll be part of our agency’s concur process
• You’ll review the final designs with a professional eye from the outside
• You’ll create visual worlds of the experiences we realize in marketing technologies
• You’ll plan and design creative, original content to be shared on clients’ digital channels
• You’ll maintain brand visual consistency throughout all our projects and touchpoints
• You’ll understand customer expectations and converting requirements into end products
• You’ll suggest new design ways and influencing and directing customer needs
• You’ll produce creative concepts and visuals for social media and other digital channels
• You’ll recommend flexible solutions and creative workaround
• You’ll always be up to date on global social media & design trends and keep your colleagues and our clients

What You’ll Bring

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a digital agency in a relevant role
• To be able to present a portfolio, preferably specialized in digital media
• You are using Adobe Creative Suite/Adobe Creative Cloud – Including, Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop; skills and/or interest in After Effects is a plus
• Experience in preparing presentations
• You’ll bring a passion for development & life-long learning
• You have the potential to radiate positive energy into your work environment because you are full of it
