GRAPHIC DESIGNER
REQUIREMENTS
- At least one year of experience in graphic & motion design or post-production
- Excellent understanding of standard creative design tools (Ps, Ai, Pr, Ae, etc.),
- Knowledge of photography & filmmaking
- Knowledge about printables

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least two years of experience in an account executive role at a creative, production, or media agency.
- Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a robust consultative selling approach.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and team-working.
- Good understanding of digital sales channels, marketing, and media production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
- Responsible for customer agreements and invoices, and CRM updates.
- Responsible for creating sales plans, sales forecasting, and sales reports.
- Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help clients maximize the solutions’ value.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least two years of social media agency experience
- Excellent understanding of social platforms publishing tools, dynamics, rules & regulations, and moderation approaches
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager and working with audience targeting tools.
- Experience with a social management system/tool
- Experience in asset management and calendar software
- Good understanding of technology and the technological ecosystem
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for timely preparation of monthly content calendars based on brand social KPIs and strategy, social listening insights, consumer agenda, and client reporting.
- Coordinates internal strategy, creative and media teams for seamless content creation, publishing, and promoting operations.
- Responsible for content publishing, moderation, responding, proactive responding, and conducting periodic account health checks across all brands and platforms.
- Ensures brands’ social media communication efforts are aligned with brands’ social playbooks.
- Responsible for managing all social media activations, including contests, live coverages, and influencer collaborations.
