Through Turkey’s first Renewal Hub, we collect, process and reuse fashion items, keeping them in circulation and transforming the linear fashion industry into a regenerative one. Every day, we give thousands of products a new lease of life and expand the circular fashion universe we call the Circuverse.

To help us expand the Circuverse even further, we are looking for a Senior Content Creator to join our Brand & Communications Team at our Head Office in Istanbul. If you are passionate about storytelling, brand language and creating meaningful content that drives impact across channels, this role could be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create clear, creative, and impactful content that aligns with NIVO’s brand voice and communication standards.
• Produce strategic copy for the website, social media, newsletters, digital communications and internal and external sales materials.
• Translate complex ideas around circular fashion and sustainability into simple, engaging narratives.
• Collaborate with the Brand & Communications team to create and execute 360° campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Monitor engagement metrics, extract insights and optimise content strategies based on performance.
• Introduce new audiences to nivo’s story, value proposition and circular fashion model.
• Conduct research into fashion, sustainability, the circular economy, cultural trends and impact entrepreneurship to inform content planning.
• Maintain and continuously improve Nivo’s evolving brand language and copy standards across all platforms.
• Support campaign and promotional materials with compelling written and visual storytelling.
• Contribute innovative, insight-driven ideas to brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Work closely with the Brand & Communications Manager to prioritise tasks, manage timelines and maintain smooth workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in producing high-quality content across digital and traditional media.
• Excellent writing, editing, and conceptualization skills in both Turkish and English, with strong translation ability.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, content strategy, and creative campaign development.
• Ability to build cohesive, end-to-end campaign narratives from scratch.
• Highly organized, with strong project and time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• A collaborative, curious, and analytical mindset with strong self-discipline.
• Genuine interest in sustainability, circular economy, and impact-driven business models.
• Agile and adaptive thinking, comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve quickly.
