Job Title: JR. Strategist

Overview:

Studio Wino is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented JR. Strategist to support our creative and strategic projects. If you’re passionate about strategy, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to innovative initiatives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1- Strategic Planning:

• • Collaborate with the strategy team to contribute to the development of short and long-term organizational strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

2- Project Management:

• • Support the planning and execution of strategic projects, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.

3- Data Analysis:

• • Collect, analyze, and present data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.

4- Relationship Building:

• • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• A collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role or internships in strategic planning are a plus.
• Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
