The Art Director will manage multiple projects through all stages of advertising: from incubation to final execution and is responsible for overall innovation, creative vision and quality.
The Art Director will also lead the development of new business and develop and build discipline capabilities.
Ideal candidates will have the following qualities:
- 4 to 7 years of creative agency experience as an Art Director in Fashion, Luxury, Gastronomy and Hospitality sectors
- Award-winning brand identity and advertising experience
- Experience in both the conventional and digital world
- Solid understanding of social media strategies
- Providing design advocacy to creative and commercial clients
- Passionate about maintaining very high standards for advertising
- Inspiring, curious, open-minded, hard-working and collaborative
- Proficiency in Mac OSX, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Acrobat Premiere and After Effects experience is a plus
